Ok, the first photo is stupid and tiny but bare with me. Its a photo of my soon to be AA dress that I will be wearing to my fancy art show coming up. I was thinking of adding epilettes all over it like those Christopher Kane for topshop pieces but I dont know if I want to invest all that time.. plus Im supposed to be painting NOT fiddling around with what Im going to wear.
I was torn on these body chains when I first saw them because I really hate most necklaces and I was affraid these we’re too necklace-y for my liking. I was also afraid they were a little too weird and that I might only kind of like them because I had been seeing them all over every fashion blog since last year- like a pug, so ugly its cute? or and annoying friend that just kind of grows on you? (says the girl who just bought 5inch platform leopared wedges? who am I kidding. Im totally going to get a body chain.)
Whatever, enough trying to convince myself. I’m making one, I’m wearing one and Im dedicating it to Erin Wasson’s weird, possibly photoshopped in, nipple.
I found a tutorial on Park & Cube but I haven’t decided on which exact style I want yet. I’m kind of liking the second one in on the last set of photos but it looks a little too crafty for me… Ill post photos when Im done.
P.S. Mauve Dress? Check. I’m sorta planning on only wearing variations of mauve, nude, white, and grey all spring. Im the kind of person that needs to make little plans for everything including my clothes… otherwise Ill impulse purchase and end up with a bunch of crap that I spent to much money on and will never wear. So its weirdo neutrals for me.. for now.
